Theresa Willett, MD

  • Biography:

I’ve taken the Appalachian Trail approach to training, meeting wondrous travelers along the way.  I had the privilege of dipping my research toes in satellite vegetation sensing, infectious diseases, yeast mating, transplantation, and all manner of immune cell manipulation.

  • After many red bean buns enjoyed through an MD-PhD in Boston, I returned to the Left Coast and crashed a Group Health/Kaiser Permanente wellness retreat.

I am still annoying my own physicians at Kaiser Permanente as an “interesting” patient, and working to unravel some of the immune systems dark little secrets as hidden in kids while distracting them with words like “boogers” and “poop.”
